Reviews are checked before publication. Genuine, relevant and lawful reviews may be published whether they are positive or negative. Submission does not guarantee publication, and a published review may be removed if a later concern is identified.
Review moderation decisions
We assess whether a review appears to describe a genuine first-hand experience and complies with these terms. We may approve it, reject it, return it for changes, redact personal or confidential information, temporarily hide it while investigating, or remove it later. We may make limited formatting or accessibility changes, but we will not change the substance or rating merely to make a review more favourable or less critical.
Positive and negative reviews are checked against the same standards. We do not withhold, remove or delay a genuine review because it is critical, because a registrar objects to it, or because of an affiliate or commercial relationship.
